However, should you need to return an item for an exchange or refund follow these guidelines.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be received within 14 business days from invoice date and must still be in brand new condition.
Shipping and handling are not refundable and return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer
Please contact us  for a return authorization.
No item will be given credit or exchanged without a return authorization number.
Keep in mind
Brand new condition
for saddles includes no wear marks from stirrup leathers,
please wrap your leathers with a soft cloth and plastic wrap to make sure no oil or wear marks occur. Do not clean or oil any leather products.
Used saddles must be returned in the same condition as shipped.  Pictures of saddles are taken prior to shipping to confirm condition so there can be no discrepancy
Undergarments, bits, feed supplements and all chemicals are not returnable
All original tags must be on any returned item
Clearance items are not returnable
A copy of the original invoice must be included along with a brief explanation for the return
